Altesa is a Bucharest-based womenswear label operating at the intersection of noble materials and exclusive print design. Our core philosophy is rooted in the integrity of the fiber and the rarity of the garment.
Our signature blouses—crafted from 100% silk, premium cotton, and certified viscose—are meticulously cut and sewn in local ateliers. Each print is a proprietary artwork released in a single, non-repeatable series.
The Altesa knitwear line is engineered from certified natural wool and cashmere. We source our yarns exclusively from prestigious Italian spinning mills, ensuring full traceability and European excellence in every stitch.

Altesa products are sold online in Romania and present in select boutiques across Europe. Retail partnerships are intentionally limited per market to protect the exclusivity that both our brand and our partners depend on. We are expanding our European boutique network for the upcoming season.

We share the current season lookbook, wholesale price list, minimum order quantities and delivery timelines. All material certifications and care documentation are included.
You select pieces from available inventory. Given limited-series production, we advise placing orders early in the season. Each order is confirmed and invoiced with full material traceability documentation.
Orders are shipped from Bucharest. We support boutique partners with product photography, brand assets and material story content for in-store and digital use.
